The "MEME MADNESS" Pilot Campaign

Our GTM kicks off with "MEME Madness," a pilot tournament where 16 selected MEME coins battle over 1 week. Each round focuses on 24-hour price appreciation. Winning tokens advance to the next round, leading to the on-chain Championship final round. This provides a teaser of how our prediction market liquidity pool works for MAD Market before our launch. We'll be offering airdrop incentives, and are stacking up more exciting collaborations for our outreach.

Tournament Structure:

1. MEME selection: Kicking off Season 1 with 16 selected coins, each with a market cap over $100M.

2. How It Works: Coins compete in pairs, evaluated by 24-hour price performance. Each round lasts only 1 day, with tokens advancing in a continuous bracket-style tournament.

   • Tournament: Participate off-chain up until the Championship Final to earn airdrops. Learn more about how to participate.

3. Game Rules:

   • Tournament: Based on the relative performance of matchup pairs (e.g., SLERF vs. WEN), determined by closing prices. The token with the higher relative performance wins the matchup and advances.

   • Championship Final: Similarly, based on the relative performance of the matchup token pairs, with a unique USDC payout. Learn more about Pool Payout.

4. Schedule: The tournament runs from June 1st to June 7th, with a 1-day break between rounds.

5. Rounds:

   1. Sweet Sixteen: Begins with 16 tokens forming 8 matchups, running concurrently on June 1st. Results announced on June 2nd.

   2. Elite Eight: 8 advanced tokens forming 4 matchups, running concurrently on June 3rd. Results announced on June 4th.

   3. Final Four: 4 advanced tokens forming 2 matchups, running concurrently on June 5th. Results announced on June 6th.

   4. Championship: The final 2 tokens compete on June 7th. Results announced on June 8th.

This is a market experiment, and we may evolve based on traction and effectiveness. Future versions could include more community-driven features and surprises.

2. Individual Matchup Prediction - Missed the full bracket deadline? No worries—more points are still up for grabs. Predict before each matchup to win points for correct picks. With 6 matchups available between June 2nd to June 4th, there are plenty of chances to rack up points.
